Roger Spring is the creative entrepreneur behind Spritz 66, bringing decades of experience in the hospitality/service industry and a fresh style and energy to event bar experiences. Roger's passion for community and inclusivity is reflected in every interaction with Roger and his team and in the experiences they create.


The design and style of the bespoke mobile bar, a vintage Piaggio Ape named Mossimo, reflects Roger's passion for vintage sports cars, and the libations pouring from Mossimo's taps reflect Roger's enthusiasm for crafting cocktails and experiencing local and international wines.

Mossimo came to the United States after decades of hard work as a pickup truck on the cobblestone streets of Sienna, tired and a little beaten. Today, he is reinvented and embraces his new role in Spritz 66. Roger often catches Mossimo gazing at the mirror, delighted by his transformation.


Roger launched Spritz 66 and built Mossimo to channel his enthusiasm for excellent service and his joy for bringing people together to celebrate life's special moments.
